Seems like they would have to be either Lawful or Chaotic...

When did this start? Looking at Men & Magic, they don't seem to have them (despite spells like Charm Person seemingly requiring a save). And then later versions have the 'Save As' stat included for monsters. Do monsters get saves in the little brown books?

For my money (figuratively), you've got the best campaign blog on the interwebs! Every party needs a couple stim-addicts. Keep it coming.

I like the bigass dinos with buckets of HD, but I like them working with humans as well - ankylosaur riders, Red Men siccing packs of trained raptors on neighboring Greens, ptery-borne air cav, etc.

Gozer: "Anybody have any ideas what that weird object does? Probably we should avoid pushing the button for now.
Let's stop here for a moment and have a vote from everyone. what should we do next? I like the idea of exploring further to the east. After that, I would love to come up with some ambush ideas for those beasts behind the doors - the netzooka could probably help with that. What does everyone else want to do?"

Gozer: "Not so fast. The bulk of our recompense for this expedition is the treasure we find. So far we haven't found a d**n thing. I say we do a little more exploring - there may be other baubles laying about this crypt that are just as precious as the Lotus.
"Anyone else with me on this?"

Gozer: "Let's try to save our ammo."
[He taps on the wall gently with his hand axe, listening for a hollow sound and looking for a point of weakness to strike]

What about Primordial One technology as the basis for reanimation? That would provide a clear delineation between the current sorcerers and your necromancers, who would scour Carcosa for ancient machinery as well as victims to test it upon. That might also provide a better springboard for creating a new class, which seems like where you might be headed.

I just moved and my Internet access is a little spotty right now, so if I ever go more than a day without checking in, go ahead and have Gozer do what you think would be appropriate.
Put me in the marching order where a guy with a rifle and a good eye can do the most damage. Gozer always defaults to shooting first and asking questions later.

Gozer collects his five bills and does a little shopping: 2 weeks rations, waterskin, full wineskin (top-notch wine!), a dagger, two hand axes.
Ready to rock!
