Does the printed Delving Deeper book have all those footnotes - because they are way cool - or are they just from your personal copy? I have Delving Deeper in my basket on Lulu with some other goodness for next pay day...

In short; "No".
The current, in print DD available from Lulu is V4 which does not include annotations.
A "V5" has been in (painfully slow) development for several years now. V5 comprises the regular three booklets without annotations as you'd expect. However, there is also an additional "Annotated V5" (three more booklets) in development. I posted some samples along the way here.
See also: Download the annotated Heroes & Magic. It's only an alpha with many glitches still to be ironed out, but it's a start.
