Knocking it off balance works for me Mush if you think that's what a big Allosaurus would do. I consider him more an NPC though with animal instincts then a guy i'm in control of.
Also as stated my wraithlings are looking to get the thing to hit itself we'll test the intelligence of this big colossus. I'm thinking Big Al wouldn't want to blunt his sharp teeth on the metal colossus, so he goes for the head-butt, adding his weight to the dinosaur take-down.

Apothecaria and the 2 surviving Quarry Brothers can get in a volley of sling/howdah fire against the torch? Works for Apothecaria.

Round 3 Conclusion
Andre, Lil' Brother, and Big Al ram the leg of the Colossus! Roc vs. Giant hits on 10; the dinos get +2 for the flank attack and roll: 9, 13!, 9. Little Brother hits and beats the target number by +3 so he gets a "push back" effect plus 3 dice damage. What happens is this: The brontosaurus comes up behind the Colossus' knee, while the two big carnivores come up from the front and ram the shin just where it peeks out from below the copper toga. When the colossus takes a half-step back, it trips over Little Brother and sits down, hard! The colossus will be stunned for round 4 and takes 3d12=22hp damage!
Shade dodges the falling Colossus with squidlike grace and bone-clubs it in the lower back region! He needs 11 to hit and gets +2 for the flank attack. He rolls 11 inflicting 3hp damage and smashing a hole through the copper plating, exposing the hollow interior. The statue is held together by an internal skeleton of iron and steel struts. It's almost like it has an Eiffel Tower inside of it. Shade has exposed a man-sized area in the lumbar region of the statue, currently about 5' above the muddy ground due to the colossus' abrupt seating posture.
Loyal Beast's wraithlings are drawn to the wound like flies to carrion, and peer through as though making up their mind to distract the colossus from the inside!
Apothecaria will hit on 5 or better on 1d6 and gets +1 for following Fated's command; she fires twice and rolls 6, 3 for 1d10=3hp directly on the torch, nice shot!
The Quarry Brothers fire with both barrels to avenge their fallen brothers; at short range they will hit on 8+ and roll 8, 6, 7, 9. That's 2 hits for 2d12=12hp to the torch hand! The heavy lead bullets shear through the pinky and ring fingers, causing the statue's grip on the torch to slip but not completely drop it.
I think that just about wraps up round 3?

I think Grand and what is left of the Punjabis have already attacked for round 3 so they are ready for round 4.

How about the big dinosaurs; what are they going to do in round 4 now that they have knocked the colossus onto its rear end?

Assuming Andre is able to target it, Shade directs him to attack the torch and try to knock it/the colossus' hand off. If the others agree, Shade will just command all of the big dinos to do that.

Dangerous plan, because several party members have already declared their action to fire their howdah pistols at the torch!

Did Breath manage to keep hold while the colossus fell? Can she see the hole created by Shade? If so, she will abandon her attempt to attach the explosives to the back of the neck (which wasn't going very well anyway), and simply set the fuse for two rounds delay and toss it inside the hole! She will then command everyone to quickly retreat away from there!

Dangerous plan, because several party members have already declared their action to fire their howdah pistols at the torch! I thought those were all fired in the last round. If that isn't the case, then he won't do it. I figured they could do that for a round while everyone was reloading - kind of like trading off and on. Instead, he'll direct them to target one of the legs/ankles in an attempt to hobble it or, better yet, make it immobile.

Big Al will continue to head but the colossus in hopes of keeping it on the ground.
If Loyal Beast survived the drop he would try and get inside the colossus along with his wraithlings to do damage on the inside.
Yes my wraithlings search for it's source of power tear it apart from the inside!

Thankfully nobody holding on to the colossus got thrown off. Breath is higher up the back from the tear in the copper plating, she could certainly scurry or jump down and attempt to place the explosive charge inside the colossus. If she places a 2 round delay then it will explode on Round 6. Continue?
The following party members reloaded 1 barrel of their howdy guns in Round 2. They may fire 1 barrel in Round 3, or reload and fire both barrels in Round 4: Last Cannibal, Devil Maw, Blasphemous Blade
The following reloaded 1 barrel in Round 3. They may fire 1 barrel in Round 4, or reload and fire both barrels in Round 5: Deep One, Fated's ulfire men
The following fired in Round 3 and need to reload: Quarry Bros
Do you want to set up an alternate-round firing pattern? Cannibal, Devil, and Blade can squeeze off one barrel to close out Round 3, then everyone can reload/hold fire for Round 4 to allow the dinos to melee-attack, and fire again on round 5. (Hopefully, round 6, colossus goes boom!)

Yeah, that sounds good.
"Cannibal, Devil, and Blade can squeeze off one barrel to close out Round 3, then everyone can reload/hold fire for Round 4 to allow the dinos to melee-attack, and fire again on round 5. (Hopefully, round 6, colossus goes boom!)"
Let's just hope the head doesn't get blown to bits...

If she places a 2 round delay then it will explode on Round 6. Continue? Yes, this will give Loyal Beast and the wraithlings some time to do some damage (round 4) before vacating (round 5) before the boom (round 6). Cannibal, Devil, and Blade can squeeze off one barrel to close out Round 3, then everyone can reload/hold fire for Round 4 to allow the dinos to melee-attack, and fire again on round 5. (Hopefully, round 6, colossus goes boom! Yes, round 5 everyone should retreat away from melee range. Let's just hope the head doesn't get blown to bits... With the explosives being inside the chest area, I think this is our best bet to kill the thing and salvage the head!

Yeah, I agree. This is probably the best plan we've got.
Is it too early to start thinking about asking for a bonus from the university, per they didn't tell us about the head still being attached to the rest of the body... and alive?

Apothecaria retreats out of blast range (or, at least her best estimate thereof).

Round 3 truly ends
Cannibal, Devil, and Blade fire 1 round each at the torch hand. (Remember they get +1 heroic bonus to hit.) 7, 7, 10... Blade hits for 1d8=1hp, a pinging shot that ricochets from the torch!
Thus concludes Round 3; Round 4 to follow momentarily...

Round 4
In Round 3, the dinosaurs rammed the colossus' leg, forcing it to sit down down abruptly and neutralizing its attacks for Round 4. Shade of Evermore used a heroic fantasy attack to smash open a panel in its back, exposing the structural girders inside. The party's pistoleers are holding fire for Round 4, reloading for another shot in Round 5.
Breath of New Moon had nearly attached her explosive pack to the statue's neck, when she was jarred loose by the stumbling colossus! Thinking quickly, she activates the 2-round delay on the detonator and attempts to toss the bomb through the hole in the colossus' back! She needs 11 to hit, and I'll grant +2 flanking bonus, +2 for the hole in the armor. She rolls 7+4=11! It's a perfect throw; the explosives pack bounces around inside the hollow colossus and will (hopefully) explode on Round 6. Breath tumbles like a ninja and lands safely on the ground, ready to run!
The dinosaur wrecking crew of Big Al, Andre, and Little Brother attacks the torch hand: 12, 8, 11. Big Al uses Andre as a trampoline to launch himself at the torch, dragging the hand to the ground, where Little Brother can smother it with his huge bulk! They inflict 2d12=13hp damage and causing it to lose its grip on the torch, which goes flying and sputters out in the mud.
Loyal Beast's vestigial second head inflates and begins to curse and chant in a vile language! The giant zombie-man leaps into the colossus, swinging his 2H sword overhead, and chops for 4hp. The wraithlings are renewed in their fury and attack the vulnerable interior, hitting for 1d6=4hp.
Various other party members are running for safety or reloading their howdahs. The Colossus gets skipped this round as it struggles to get up. Anything else for Round 4?

Shade repeats the warning to make sure everyone hears it... Or... Thinks it. Whatever.
"Everyone move clear of the colossus. Get as far away as you can."

If Loyal Beast hasn't completely lost control he will get out and away from the colossus as quick as he can once he sees the bomb chucked inside. Otherwise may the unknown master have his way.
Big Al will leave along with the rest of the party when the explosion is imminent.

Apothecaria will (quickly!) examine the torch to see if she can turn it against the colossus. The torch is much too huge for a human! Perhaps given time and materials, it could be rigged up on a brontosaurus, like a cannon?

Round 5 begins
The Colossus reaches down into the soft ground with its non-injured hand and pulls something up from the dirt---a giant stone slab, 25'x15'! It rises to its knees and lifts the slab high, ready to smash it down on anyone within reach!
All of the melee fighters (with the possible exception of PoH's henchmen?) spend the round retreating to safety in preparation for the big explosion!
Cannibal, Devil, Blade, and the 2 quarry brothers have reloaded and fire 1 round each at the Colossus (+1 heroic bonus to hit.) Blade, Devil, and the Last Cannibal all hit for 5, 6, 3 (14hp total). Deep One is fully reloaded and hits with barrels for 4hp. The copper shell of the statue is peppered with bullet holes!
Any final Round 5 actions?

Yes, I'm sure.
PoH retreats as far as possible. He tries to reach Wizard-killer and shields him with his body.
