basically it all started a on time sago when I played my first jrpg. I fee in love with final fantasy seven and that was it I was hooked. the problem since then I haven't had a lot of money to play rpg's especially in my favorite genera. in fact there isn't a lot of sci fantasy stuff out there. which is one of my problems. the fact is I love that genera so much but it's so hard to find anything for even an proper rpg. my other two problems are below.
2. have a wish list a mile long= basically ever since I have had the idea to. I've kept track of my best day dreams and god ideas and sal that's led to is longing and the wish for custom content and I am looking for a way around that or a way to try my ideas in such a way to share them as well. "legally that is.
3. extremely broke.= nuff said

btw I have compiled my wish list tell me what you think of the ideas.
1. gun witch 2. arcan fist kunoichi type{naruto} 3. drow space marines 4. vizards with some more abilities{bleach} 5. pet 6. charater like ryoko from tenchi muyo 6. evil Wight mage 7. a. level newoncers= basically newoncers change what benifits you gain as yo level up. so a good example would be one that give you a light a dark form. one that gives you better a different status effects according to your class. they would not change the character model but the priority of what the person is up to in battle. another example would be giving levelble abilityies tgat would effecy gameplay as the person leveled up. like a berserker mode that made you stronger but people trust you less. these neouncer would be like the cherry on top of a Sunday of each class but work for them all. 8. 9. b. secondary forms 10. unocklable. Like the swords from but a little more conditional. 11. races= 12. nighcore= black cat race of humanoids{like in anime} 13. sci fantasy elves 14. plant humanoids with great durability 15. froze shadows
stuff from my books that will remain secrete till release.

You have quite an unusual list going. I don't think I've seen any single RPG which has all of these elements combined together, but certainly if you are looking for a game system to use as a platform to put your ideas onto there are several out there.
Sean already posted a nice link, so I'll give some general advice.
First, find a RPG system you like. (Ideally a free one.) Play it to death as written. Try to see how the rules work, how the classes work, how combat works, how powerful spells are, and so on.
Only once you've mastered the RPG system should you spend much time adding in your cool elements. If you don't understand the rules balance, you may introduce classes and options that totally destroy the game. Remember that the designers may have put things together for a reason. Stuff like drow space marines may be easy to create (make up AC and damage and play) but other ideas like the changing necromancer are much more complex and may require a lot of time and effort to get it right.
In other words, don't expect for your ultimate RPG to be put together overnight. Make its creation a long-term thing and enjoy each step of the process.
Just my two cents.
