I have a copy but must admit to having never played it. It looks a bit complex and I just didn't like it more than the other RPGs my group already play. (I keep my copy for histoical purposes more than for actual usefulness.)
I don't recall seeing many resources for AiF out there. No character sheets come to mind.

I've yet to try running an AiF game but actually, I think AiF mostly isn't very complex. I say "mostly" because the section on sorcerous combat is a doozy. Calculating experience seems a little tricky too but no more really than in D&D. Otherwise, there are a few formulas, but they are pretty straightforward. I've never seen a character sheet, but I think the characters and monsters wirrten up for AiF in the Thieves World adventure pack by Chaosium are really insightful guides to the game.
