I have not read the whole thing, but in what I read of the origins of the game it seems accurate and has numerous references.

It should be checked, but I think I recognize articles from Wikipedia, complied and lay-outed. Some of therem are pretty good.

Very extensive history of TSR and WOTC versions of the game and related products and well researched. Looks really well done - though I've only just skimmed through. I don't see an author listed - I wonder if this was put together by WOTC.
