In the same spirit as James M.'s upcoming supplement, Petty Gods, I've been thing about undertaking a new, community project, but for random tables. Anything from d00 to 3d12 to 1d6 tables to inspire all of us to run better games.
What I need from you is two fold: 1) interest, and 2) your random tables.
For now, I just want to see if there are enough people interested in sending in submissions to make it worthwhile.

This will be a non-profit endeavor. I am neither interested in making money off of this nor shelling out for subscriptions/artwork. I'll work with what I can get.
Just so we're clear on what I'm looking for, here's an example I created and posted here a couple of months ago:
100 Sorcerous Mutations
1. 1-4 limbs turn into tentacles
2. 1-8 eyes open on random parts of the body
1. 1-4 limbs turn into tentacles
2. 1-8 eyes open on random parts of the body
3. 1-4 additional mouths open on random parts of the body
4. Fungoid growths all over body
5. All hair lost
6. Legs fuse together into a worm like lower body
7. Flexible snake like jaws: mouth can open wide enough to engulf a human head.
8. Skin becomes susceptible to sever sun burns whenever even briefly exposed to sunslight
9. Amphibious, but can only be out of water for 1-6 hours at a time or loose 1 HD per 2 hours
10. Venomous bite/nails/skin
11. Eyes become unblinking and bulging
12. Eyes melt away
13. Body becomes semi-gelatinous
14. Emits a pungent smell when speaking, sweating, or breathing
15. Teeth become sharp like a carnivore’s
16. Cannibal/man eater; can only digest human flesh
17. Tongue turns into a tentacle
18. Hair on head becomes a mass of waving cilia
19. Hemophilia: wounds that cause bleeding deal double damage
20. Become a lump, misshapen, semi-humanoid (movement cut in half)
21. Transparent Skin
22. Wounds take twice as long to heal
23. Lose all sense of smell and taste
24. Touch spoils wine
25. Face becomes misshapen and hideous
26. Limbs becomes useless and limp
27. Finger nails and hair grow incredibly fast and must be trimmed at least once per day
28. Voice becomes raspy and weak, barely above a wheezing whisper
29. Teeth and finger nails fall out
30. Eyes become large and bulbous and are always seeping and bloodshot
31. Skin becomes unnaturally cold and clammy, with a thin film
32. Forked tongue
33. Elongated facial structure
34. Nostril slits replace the nose
35. Grow 1d10 extra fingers
36. Body is covered in scales (provide AC 8 when unarmored)
37. Eyelids deteriorate
38. Body attracts metal like a magnet (+2 to hit when attacked with metal weapons)
39. All semblance of being male or female disappears
40. Nocturnal (needs little light to see, but takes a -1 to hit and saving throws in the daylight)
41. Radioactive; those exposed you have a 1% chance per week of mutating
42. Skin excretes slime
43. No longer needs to sleep
44. Grows a prehensile tail
45. Back becomes weak and hunched
46. Eyes, ears, mouth and other facial features melt away leave behind a smooth face
47. 1-8 horns grow from random places on the body
48. Finds it difficult to stand on two legs and must resort to all fours in most situations
49. Body emits a dim glow
50. 1-10 of the character’s figures morph into long, sharp claws
51. Voice dies and is unable to make sounds
52. Character can digest just about anything he fits in his mouth.

54. Normal body temperature is around 150 degrees

56. Eyes emits a bright glow
