If a half-ling and a half-ling have a child, is it a full ling?

I'm pretty sure it'd be a quarter-ling (law of diminishing returns...)
Oh, wait, maybe it'd be an eighth-ling...

Who was doing the column in the early Dragons? Kask?
I remember EGG talking about getting rules questions on his home phone all the time in the early days... I wonder if any were like this.

I think the Sage at that time was Jean Wells (author of Module B3 Palace of the Silver Princess).

I thought the funniest part of the linked article was "...when it comes to cross-alignment marriage to villanous sorceresses, I'm a fundamentalist. It was Adam and Eve, not Adam and Evil-Lyn."

I liked the one about touch attacks. Makes me wonder what that player was trying to touch enemies with.
