The Trio reach down in the mail bag this week and respond to a bunch of letters. Awesome thanks to all for those! Then they fall down into a random dungeon, and decide, did they bring the right equipment with them? Mike didn’t. Then in Random Encounters they speak about the Dungeon Ecology, or the Zoo slaughter house theory versus the Mythological Dungeon; how do monsters get along down there, how do they eat? Then over to Products of your imagination, where we talk about Cartoons from the ’80s that we all grew up watching and how it affected our games... Ok, so we went a little nuts here on talking cartoons, but its all in fun! Join us on facebook, give us a 5 Star comment review on iTunes. Tell your friends.. Tell your neighbor… tell your dog. Sieg, I haven't listened to your podcast yet so I'm not well informed as to content, but I'm not seeing the connection to Holmes. Perhaps you should be posting on the general board or am I missing something?

We seem to be getting one or more of these Save or Die advertisements each week, and most don't seem to have any apparent connection to Holmes, and don't get any responses from members. Perhaps these could all be posted in one thread instead of creating a new thread each time? On Dragonsfoot they consolidated these into their own forum. Perhaps we could get a sticky thread here?

Sieg's podcasts are designed to cover all of the editons together, from OD&D through Holmes and into "Classic" (B/X, BECMI, RC, etc) and as such seem to fit "General" better than "Holmes". My plan is to scoop 'em all up together into a sub-forum and slide it over to General. Hope that helps!

Yes, I'd originally posted them in the Holmes area because while there are several forums given over to B-Ex on the net, to my knowledge this board has the only Holmes forum around. Thus, they were posted there in order to let Holmes fans know that there was a podcast that took their game of choice into consideration. In fact, when we do episodes my lovely wife Liz is the "Holmes" rules person; while I cover Brown Books+Sups, and Vince Moldvay/Mentzer...and now Glen for Judges Guild! Now we don't claim to be gurus or anything (as some emails have corrected us on some points of rules) we each love our parts of the game and think all of the CD&D games in boxes (and are pre 2000) have merit. Many thanks to Finarvyn for the sub-board! I'll try and keep updates there from now on. Mike
