Little help with Supplement IV

My pdf has aparently been damaged on its trip from harddrive to the usb backup during my last format. I managed to print the glitched page, or what was there, using foxit pdf but its missing the very bottom of page 4. If anyone could supply me with the missing lines of text I'd be most appreciative. It stops partway through the description of Nephtlys Goddess of Wealth at the line

cannot lift a weapon or cast

Everything from "cast" to the bottom of the page is gone.
