The following system neutral wilderness supplements are available from Frog God Games... Hazardous Habitats Mountains Hazardous Habitats Wetlands Hazardous Habitats Grasslands Hazardous Habitats Deserts Hazardous Habitats Icebound To round out coverage, you could convert the following 3.0 offerings also available from FFG: Glades of Death (forests) Dead Man's Chest (sea) That leaves only jungles unaddressed as far I can tell.

what about steppe, marsh, coast, river, arable/farmed, city? And not to forget ocean, archipelago, undersea and more fantastic wilderness such as cloudscape, asteroid belts, astral, ethereal, near-space, necropolis, hellscapes, and so on?

what about steppe, marsh, coast, river, arable/farmed, city? And not to forget ocean, archipelago, undersea and more fantastic wilderness such as cloudscape, asteroid belts, astral, ethereal, near-space, necropolis, hellscapes, and so on? It could keep a person up working on his campaign! For the planes... Clearly, at this point GM the detailed work really begins. Thus, generally with further customizations, effort, and possibly infamies, expect traditional or additional eclectic and bizarre delineations of the brokered planes. In the pipe whether published or homebrew, one finds frameworks, anomalies, architecture, and effects; arcs of adventure; coverage and creation myth(s); denizens, natives, treks, Outsiders, gods, demi-gods, and heroes, and overlords; delights, dangers, and horrors; and more illustrations, new magic, and topological maps. Sharp-edged coverage also includes sentimental set pieces, fated relics, or potent artifacts. Along with other scheming entities, scarred and detonated NPCs claim hard earned or precarious domicile as well.

Check out this picture from Iceland. Haunted, very rugged and beautiful, a rare combination, but one which suits wilderness adventures, if it can be captured by the DM every now and then.
