The Mystara Forum at the Piazza has recently established a Blackmoor Subforum. It will probably have a different focus than this place, but for those interested in all aspects of Blackmoor, there are already a few quite interesting threads posted. Hopefully it is not seen as bad form to mention other forums here  Havard |

I would like this place to just support basic role playing without a lot of rules that just slow the game down. Just role playing not roll playing.

This is a fair question, as I am one of the admins of the Comeback Inn and also a Junior Admin at the Piazza. However there are no immediate plans for anything like this. I think that blackmoor.mystara.us/ deserves its own forum. Also the Comeback Inn allows us to do alot of things for Blackmoor that we would not have been able to do if we were just a subforum of the Piazza. We shall see how things develop in the future though -Havard |

Ahem.
"Ever", of course, is a term very much open to interpretation.
I am not opposed to this, if the traffic on our board should ever die down, or whatever.
...But given that we have doubled in members this year alone, and that we're currently looking to finally merge the CBI's database with the Wayfarer's Inn, the precursor forum that I ran until 2009, it's not anything that is on the table now, or will be, until our corner of the internet changes in a fundamental manner.
That said, while I like the piazza, the thing is, the CBI also clings to other interests than to what the piazza necessarily wants to represent. So, I am glad that there's room for that in the Great Wheel community too.
If the CBI wasn't there, I personally would perhaps still post on rpg.net, but outside of that, there would be little that interests me in the current RPG community.
