Very nice Merias! Reminds me of the Buck Rogers RPG. Do you actively play X-plorers? I am wondering what your campaign is like.

I've played one session so far (but it was a great one!), with my family - that was the Cleopatra Station adventure. These rules will get a workout hopefully in the next few weeks with a group just getting started on roll20. If you're interested I can post some play reports.

Yes, I am very interested. I am slowly crafting a campaign based on the old CRPG, Sentinel Worlds but won't be playing it for a while because I'm waiting for my son to get older. He is fine to play fantasy rpg but sci-fi that doesn't expressly deal with lightsabers is beyond him at this point

How much of the source material are you going to use? I'm trying to use most of it. But, instead of The Towers, I am making ancient bases on Phobos and Deimos and instead of Sentinels, I was going to use "The Greys" from the X-plorers rules. So far most of it translates really well! Merias' supplement rules actually give me ideas for zero-g assault on raider ships. In an attempt to avoid "railroading" I am using the "Galactic Troubleshooters" motif so that players choose from expiring missions that pop up like the missions did in Sentinel Worlds. That is the nice thing about the source material. You did a mission and then another one would pop up. In fact, The first mission will be Cleopatra Station. I will hide a plot hook involving The Greys in the base which may or may not be found. My idea is to design missions that have an effect on the solar system in some major or minor way AND to make it impossible to complete every mission. The one part that I will make a required part is the Land & Sea Life Lab as I want to add some stuff I really wanted to do there as a kid. However...I am changing the outcome of the game. The Ending to Sentinel Worlds was not very satisfying to my so I will be changing that I'll clean my notes up and post them at some point. I need to set up a google+ so I can share it easier.

Ah, very swell! Will there still be plenty of bar brawls and what? Gonna keep the Firefly-esque farmers and ranchers? So far most of it translates really well! Merias' supplement rules actually give me ideas for zero-g assault on raider ships. Maybe even explore that one drifting shuttle too. The one that doesn't respond to hails, and cannot be boarded. Maybe something neat or strange is inside. My idea is to design missions that have an effect on the solar system in some major or minor way AND to make it impossible to complete every mission. Sort of like Star Law from Star Frontiers, doing all sorts of missions (and other escapes). The one part that I will make a required part is the Land & Sea Life Lab as I want to add some stuff I really wanted to do there as a kid. I don't imagine the EA level will still be available to explore? Haha. Well, when you put it up on the web, consider me vested!
