Does anyone know of a list of all the D&D art by Tom Wham? I know he has pieces in several works (such as the OD&D White Box, Holmes rulebook, and Monster Manual), but I would love to have a list of D&D works to which he contributed. Not stuff like "Awful Green Things from Outer Space", but just A/D&D.

I don't have a comprehensive list, but one semi-obscure product that comes to mind is the original Monster & Treasure Assortment, Set 2. There are three pieces in it that are his (the rest are by Trampier): Mummies rushing out of a tomb at a party; two characters talking to a dragon while a third tries to backstab, and treasure on a table with a candle (the kind of work that Sutherland usually does, but this has a "TW"). I was also told by Rhuvein on DF that the sword on the treasure table page in the Holmes rulebook is by Tom. Rhuvein said that Tom told him this.

Here are the A/D&D products that I know about that include Tom Wham art:
1. Monsters & Treasure (on p. 14 of the 6th and 7th printings, replacing the text describing balrogs) 2. D&D Character Record Sheets (which have the same illustration as the one above) 3. Monster & Treasure Assortment 2 (Thanks, Zenopus!) 4. D&D Basic rulebook (edited by Holmes) 5. AD&D Monster Manual
Are there any more?

AD&D Monster Manual I just noticed what all five of those have in common: They were all published in 1977. Is it safe to say that 1977 was the only year in which TSR published A/D&D art by Tom Wham? Here is the list of 1977 A/D&D products published by TSR: 1. Original Collector's Edition D&D (the White Box set) 2. Dungeons & Dragons Basic Set (Holmes ed. Sutherland cover art) 3. Character Record Sheets (Tom Wham cover art) 4. Dungeon Geomorphs Set Two 5. Dungeon Geomorphs Set Three 6. Outdoor Geomorphs Set One: Walled City 7. Monster & Treasure Assortment Set One 8. Monster & Treasure Assortment Set Two 9. AD&D Monster Manual Out of the nine, five of them certainly have Tom Wham art.

Others by Tom: Stag Beetle on page 9; Criosphinx, Gynosphinx and Hieracosphinx on page 90. Each of these has a tiny TW in the lower right part of the picture. Possibly the Giant Frog on page 41. It looks like there is a set of two letter initials between two toes, but they are so small I can't read them clearly. There be others either without a "TW" or one that is well hidden. Other than the obviously cartoons, I find it hard to distinguish his monsters in the Monster Manual from those of DCS based on style alone. * * * * * In other news, Tom recently mentioned that he drew the 'Skull Mountain' cross-section in the Holmes Rulebook! See this thread on Knights & Knaves.

Oh my goodness. I love that Polyhedron cover that Wham did. Look at the chromatic dragon!
