Hi there,
I was reading Dave Annerson’s Blackmoor, and there is something I’m not sure I understand, so I’ll ask the question here. When he writes about hit location during melee, he often has a section about Non-cummulative wounds. For instance, he wrote, for reptile: Non-Cummulative Wounds: Tail and wing areas.
I don’t understand what this means? What is the best interpretation of this rule?
Thank you!

Hi Giantgenesis! I assume you are referring to the Hit Location Rules in Supplement II: Blackmoor (or possibly OD&D Book V: Blackmoor, if you have the reprint)? I am no expert on this, but could it be that this means that you will be able to cut off those areas without causing further wounds to the creature?

Thank you for the answer.
Yes, I was referring to the hit location rules in supplement II.
I think that your interpretation might be the good one!
