How to change one's avatar?

I feel like an dummy because obviously I figured out how to post an avatar sometime in the past, but now I can't see anywhere how to change it. I looked under profile and members. Please point how what I'm overlooking. Thanks!

It's under profile.

Once there you should see Modify Profile somewhere near the top of the page. Click that.

It should be straightforward after that.
