Who owns FFC?

I have a copy of the FFC. Yes, it is mostly a (random?) compilation of notes from Dave's campaign, but I found the anecdotes most enjoyable to read.

I consult it all the time for my own Blackmoor campaign. (I also use the DA series, ZGG material and anything else that seems cool at the time).

This is interesting. I guess that means you in theory could publish Blackmoor products without the WotC lisence if you just brand it something like Dave Arneson's First Fantasy Campaign, or Dave Arneson's The North?
