Blackmoor printing history

Having just purchased a copy of Dave's supplement today on eBay(with the lizardman logo ) I was curious about the printing history of this item.
The information at Acaeum is pretty sparse regarding BM regarding changes with each printing. First printing is given as 9/75, which is also the month that the old GK logo was put away and the LM adopted. Did any Blackmoor prints carry the GK logo? Anyone know how many were printed that year?

Very interesting question. I don't know much about this. Would love to find out more though.

I have two copies:
3rd printing (April 1977) -- Lizard Man
5th printing (April 1979) -- Lizard Man

A little google-fu shows that at least one printing seems to have had the wizard logo instead of the lizard man:

I'm certain the last printings (from Dec. '78 to the end) had the Wizard logo. All tsr products switched from Lizardman to Wizard at that time(Dec. '78)

But my inquisitive mind wants to see if a GK logo Blackmoor exists. That would be a cool item to have in ones collection.

www.acaeum.com/ddindexes/setpages/supplements.html has some info. There is not much about Blackmoor printings other than a table showing the date of each printing, and one photo with the lizard logo. The first printing is 9/75, which is the month that this page says the lizard logo began to be used.
