Out of curiosity is this map and table that is something availible as a seperate product?

It was available at the lotfp store when the book first came out, but they've ran out by now. When buying the book, you could pay an extra 5 euros to get them. I don't think they are going to re print

Yeah me too I think a quick crowdsourcing campaign to reprint the map would be great.
