I just got done reading Gygaxian Fantasy Worlds II. It put me in mind of some of the older titles on world building, and more specifically dungeon construction. I like my dungeons to be something special, and it never hurts to have more ideas. So I was wondering if anyone here had read any particularly striking books related to dungeon building that I could expand my library with. This includes just good net based stuff.

I'm working on a collection of essays by Gygax, Kuntz, Jaquays, Musson, and several others. Hopefully it'll be available by Christmas

Definately some good nuggets in those threads. Gonna take a while to digest all that. -------------- Sounds cool grodog. BTW, I love all the random tables on your site, that's the kind of stuff I really like. Trust the dice. Building dungeon is one thing, describing each and every passageway, nook and cranny so they're memorable.... that's another.

AEG's Toolbox is a fantastic resource for building. . . well. . . anything. It very much harkens back to the AD&D 1e table collections for dungeons, cities, encounters, etc. Sadly, books of tables weren't very popular with the d20 audience, so it ididn't sell very well. On the plus side, this means that you can pick it up for a rediculously low price online (I picked up mine for $5.00 at Noble Knight Games, IIRC).
