I didn't know if I would regret the decision to make the ASSH PDF a $10 download. I tend to think any PDF that is $20 or more is too expensive, but I understand why some folks have to do this. It seems $10 is a good price point. It's worth taking a chance on, and I've come to learn that some people who took a chance on the inexpensive PDf have then gone on to order the print version.

@taco + kesher -- Thank you, fellows! I'm very fortunate to have met such great pals through gaming. If it were not for your generous support, this would have never happened, so thank you!

The $10 pdf was the best bargain I've ever found for such a product, and I did go on to order the print version. But considering how much I love pulp fantasy/HPL/REH/CAS/early D&D, I wasn't really taking that much of a chance.

Yes, congratulations Jeff. I would say it's a combination of reputation well deserved and smart marketing by pricing the pdf to the spending ceiling of the majority. Great to see an old school product achieve such a status.

Congratulations! When Atomic Highway became a Platinum seller, and Irradiated Freaks and ION Guard: ICONS ed. both became Silver sellers, I was very happy to say the least. I can only imagine you feel the same way. Colin

@blackadder -- That's great to hear, and thanks for sharing. Others have told me the same, and it's really nice to hear. @austrodavicus -- I wasn't aware that $10 was a consensus ceiling for PDFs, but I'm not surprised, because that's about it for me, too. I'm not too crazy about reading anything in PDF format that is more than, say, 12 or 15 pages. I typically print out longer PDFs and then just store the PDF in a folder. Cthulhu Colin -- Congrats to you as well, my friend, for achieving "Platinum Seller" status over there. Your work is excellent, so it is well-deserved. Chainsaw -- Yes sir! I'm on it.

D'oh, noticed I'd typed Platinum for AH when it was Electrum like AS&SH. Thanks for the thanks though; it makes us part of a very small number of publishers to achieve sales in that level.

Cthulhu Colin: Hey, you remind me of some of the players in my group -- spending your electrum pieces like you have a stash of platinum pieces! grodog: Thanks, Allan, Ian and I appreciate that.
