I thought of using Carcosa with B/X, LL or the RC but Savage Worlds looks like a good fit. Any thoughts?

(Shrugs) It sould work just fine. I'd use Reality Blurs' "Realms of Cthulhu" for most of the monsters. Use the Psionic Arcane Background for mental powers and devise a new AB for Carcosan Sorcery--I'd use the non-Power Point rules for these.

4 years later... Ive been running a fun Carcosa campaign using Savage Worlds. The party is currently exploring a snake man citadel overrun with clickers (think fungoid zombies ala Last of us)
