This project to create a large dungeon based on The Black Abomination of Shub Niggurath (though I believe the author is thinking of The Black Abomination of Nyarlathotep in hex 0211) seems to be worth keeping an eye on.

The stairs should begin on L6 - the first five are one giant level that consists of an otyugh pit for refuse disposal...
