Working on a three panel screen that fits in the box. It fits but it was a bit snug. Thus the addition of the tab on the left.

I'll be curious to see what tables you value the most for inclusion on the inside.

I'll be curious to see what tables you value the most for inclusion on the inside. I think that will be an evolutionary process. The tables I have currently chosen are barely attached to facilitate easy replacement with more useful things. Some things I included to jog my memory like morale. I can do that in my head but need to be reminded that most battles should not be to the death. Ect. I cant really look as I'm at work between clients.... Morgan

Wanted to bump this thread . . . wondering what your final call was on the tables . . . or perhaps the evolution continues?

Wanted to bump this thread . . . wondering what your final call was on the tables . . . or perhaps the evolution continues? Charts I consistently use on the Ref Screen: Table I.39 Attack / Rate of Fire Table III.18 Combat Sequence (and the melee, missiles, magic, movement, breakdown below the chart as well) Table III.23 Critical Hit Results Table III.15 Reaction Table I.13 Progressive Thief Abilities Table III.21 Turning Ability (as well as descriptive verbiage) Table III.17 Attack Modifiers These charts I use or have used "lots" of times. I also include the morale verbiage down to How to Make a Morale Check. This reminds me to use them as well as instances in which to do so. I created a short form for the Advanced Combat maneuvers with a one line descriptor to fit on the screen. Weapon Ranges is one I look up a lot but have not put on the screen, cause I'm forgetful. I also placed my "Iconic Pillars of Hyperborea" list on there and try to incorporate one or two per session. I have the FA chart on there but never use it because I do this in my head, but would probably go on an official screen. I let the character roll D20+FA and Mods to beat 20-creature AC There are a couple more like languages, light sources, Task Resolution difficulty, and Awarding Exp, that I never use. This is off the top of my head so I may have missed something. Morgan

I always have a tough time deciding what a GM screen should look like. I go back and forth on this. If it's small enough to fit into a digest-sized box, it isn't large enough to contain much information (unless font size is tiny) and it isn't large enough to hide my maps and notes. If it's too large then it won't fit into the box but has a lot more space for artwork and charts and hides my secret info better. Having said all that, the picture you posted is awesome, Mabon!

Labyrinth Lord put out a DM screen via kickstarter and it was quite successful (I own one). I would buy an AS&SH one if it was available. Just sayin'

I second a ref screen! The tables and blurbs mabon5127 listed seem great. I'll report if I find myself wanton for more.

It's something in the early planning stages right now, but not as high on the priority list as some of the adventure material in the works.
