The 1-shot went very well. I am now a GM that has successfully ran an EPT game. The group went through the bowels of the Temple of Sarku, through the catacombs, and labyrinths and then exited into the undercity of Jakalla. They encountered some Ssu that turned out to be actually be Ssu glass artifacts that were placed there to guard the Temple of Vimuhla. They collected some slaves and then braved the River of Silence to summon the demon Srukarum. They managed to complete the summoning ritual with only a few flubs here and there, and one of the summoners became the General of the Legion of the Despairing dead. In return they asked for an artifact that could summon said legion for 1 years time. It was going to be used to defend itself from rival Empires that were supposedly planning on attacking Tsoylanu.
