Cover art for the first issue is handled. Thanks! Creative cover ideas for future issues are welcome though.
Lots of B&W line art is great.
I'd also like maps, hex-wilderness, graph-dungeon, and freehand-whatever, with or without keys.
More soon, this is a crazy day at home.

Do you think that Microsoft Paint pictures are "fitting"?. I did the pics for the stealth thread with that (the one of the man-alligator and the cultists).
It's totally ok if you find the "computer-made" art not appropiate with the magazine's tone. Don't feel preasured.

I think, but am not sure, that keeping it all B&W will be important for keeping prices down at lulu.

Beside which, I don't think I'd trust a fanzine for old school gaming that was in color. The cover maybe, but not the interior -- it would have the wrong 'feel' to it.

Good point, Coffee. Everything except the cover is henceforth required to be B&W.

Maybe it's too crappy Not at all. You made an effort; that's what counts. Honestly, It's better than anything I coud do (I can't even make a stick figure look good... ). An EXALT for your effort is due. And your Magic-User looks really happy about casting his spell!! ;D

I've been talking to him and directed him to Calithena to speak about the details. Because I don't know them.

The deal is the same for everyone: by giving your material to Revenant Runes you grant us rights to publish your article in the form it was originally published in that issue of Revenant Runes for perpetuity. (In other words, we can keep the magazine with your article/art in print the way we originally published it as long as we like.) You retain ownership and all other rights, including the right to give or sell it to someone else the very next day, etc. All you're doing is letting us use it in that issue of our magazine.

Hi, I´m Guido, responsible for the illustrations Zulgyan showed. I´m really happy some of you like them I like what I hear from calithena. I think you could use some of those pics showed before, but I would really like to do a few original drawings. To make it specific with the articles, you know. Whoever is in charge can contact me at doguipreacher (at) datafull (dot) com so we can set on the details. Only thing I ask is a physical copy of the zine if you decide to print it. Cheers!

Germille, your art with the female fighter holding a spear, fighting off beasties while something bubbles behind her, would be perfect as a banner for my nature node mini-dungeon

I like the lizard-type, not the cockatrice-type. Its also cool if the basilisk has more than 4 legs. Kind of like a Komodo dragon. One basilisk is enough, but artists' creativity is up to you
