Located on the western coast of the Sea of Monsters, it is the chief city of the Nehwon Ghouls.
Cold Corner
Stories:The Snow Women; The Circle Curse
Cold Corner is a small tent settlement in the south of the Cold Waste lying under the Trollstep Mountains. It’s only permanent structure is the meeting hall, Godshall. It is on the edge of Trollstep Canyon. Fafhrd’s clan spent their winters in Cold Corner.
Cold Harbor
Stories: Rime Isle
Cold Harbor is on the northern shore of Rime Isle. It is a smaller town than Salthaven, and is ice-locked in all months save for the summer.
Earth’s End
Stories: The Unholy Grail; The Bleak Shore; Their Mistress, The Sea
Earth’s End is a fishing village on Lankhmar continent’s westernmost promontory.
Eevanmarensee
Stories: ?
The culture of Eevanmarensee is said to be so far in the future that all go hairless including the cats. It is located in the Eastern Lands.
The Forbidden City of the Black Idols
Stories: The Bleak Shore
Little is said about the Forbidden City of the Black Idols, except that Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser captured the four Mingols: Larlt, Ourph, Ouwenyis, and Teevs there. It is also said that the two came close death at the Forbidden City.
Gnamph Nar
Stories: The Snow Women
Gnamph Nar is one of the Eight Cities of the Forest Land. Its north road leads to Cold Corner.
Horborixen
Stories: The Snow Women; The Circle Curse; The Sadness of the Executioner
Also known as the Citadel-City of the King of Kings Horborixen is located in the Eastern Lands.
Illik-Ving
Stories: In the Witch's Tent
Illik-Ving is located in the interior of the Forest Land of the Eight Cities. It is near a good pass through the Trollstep Mountains, and is the smallest of the Eight Cities.
Ilthmar
Stories: The Snow Women; The Circle Curse; The Price of Pain-Ease; The Cloud of Hate; The Wrong Branch; Swords of Lankhmar; Trapped in the Shadowland
Ilthmar is closest to Lankhmar, and is considered the crossroads of the known world. It is roughly equidistant from the Eastern Lands, the Steppes of the Mingols, and the forested Land of the Eight Cities. Because of this, it has become money-minded and is forever trying to empty the purses of all foreigners who pass through whether by tolls or by force of bands of brigands.The city is decorated in the motif of it’s patron Rat god. The Shark god is also worshiped.
Kartishla
Stories: Swords of Lankhmar
Nothing is said of Kartishla.
Kiraay
Stories: Swords of Lankhmar
Kiraay is far away from Lankhmar. Glass-sharded whips are available from Kiraay.
Klelg Nar

No-Ombrulsk is the northernmost city on the western coast of the Land of the Eight Cities. Wood is rare in No-Ombrulsk as the Great Forest does not reach that far north, and it’s port is frequently frozen. It’s black ramparts can be seen by sea.
Ool Hrusp

Ool Hrusp is a coastal city located directly north of Earth’s End across the Inner Sea on it’s northern coast. It is also one of the Eight Cities. It is known for it’s cattle as well as it’s mad duke, Lithquil.
Ool Krut

One of the Eight Cities, Ool Krut is known for it’s stout canvas used for sailing ships.
Ool Plerns

Ool Plerns is on the western coast of the Land of the Eight Cities facing the Outer Sea.
Quarmall

Quarmall once ruled over vast amounts of land and sea, but it’s power eventually weakened and it was inexorably driven back until it now rules over an underground kingdom beneath a small mountain. The lords of Quarmall are great magicians and command unerring loyalty. They have many slaves to power windmills and to dig tunnels, and are always trying to lure more from the surface above.
Salthaven
Stories: The Frost Monstreme; Rime Isle; Sea Magic; The Mer She; The Curse of the Smalls and the Stars; The Mouser Goes Below
Salthaven is Rime Isle’s main harbor located on it’s south coast. It only exists as legend to much of Lankhmar, and is a crossroads to other dimensions. Many exotic and unknown ships can be found in it’s harbor. Salthaveners are stoic and atheist.
Sarheenmar

Sarheenmar lies north of Ilthmar on the Inner Sea’s eastern coast. It is backed by mountains leaving the only roads going north to Klelg Nar, South to Ilthmar, and east through a mountain pass to the Sea of Monsters and the City of Ghouls.
Sayend

Sayend is the easternmost city of the fabled western continent and of the Empire of Eevanmarensee.
Soreev
Stories: The Jewels in the Forest
The village of Soreev lies south of Lankhmar and a day’s ride north of the forest.
Tisilinilit

Tisilinilit lies east of Horborixen in the Eastern Lands and has slender, opalescent spires.
Tovilyis
Stories: The Circle Curse; Thieves' House; The Cloud of Hate
The Gray Mouser believes that his origins come from the beggar city of Tovilyis which lies somewhere south of Lankhmar. Tovilyis is known for its strong wine which is full of sugar.
