Looks very interesting! I have to admit though, that I've never seen or even heard of that before now (and I've been gaming since 1981). Can't recall ever seeing an ad for it or any copies for sale.

I've had a copy of this for years, but I admit that I haven't really done much with it. I bought it because of the stat conversions for several different game systems.

I would actually rather see something like WotC's The Primal Order which has a similar treatment but covered much more complex games... something like that to convert Warhammer RPG, RQ, Traveller, etc, etc would be grand.
