I'd have to say this seller has an inflated idea of value (especially looking at his other listings), though of course it's worth what someone's willing to pay...

If it's overpriced, nobody will bid on it. Problem solved.
If somebody bids on it, it's not overpriced.

It'll sell. I've seen non-shrinkwrapped later printings go for $70.

He has about 20 of them at that price, if he can find a seller at that price, he'll be stoked. His prices are high, pretty much across the board, that's why selection is good, it doesn't move very fast.
