Do you mean a treasure map contents table (determine accuracy of map, value of treasure, and threat level) or a map appearance table (basically, random dungeon generation?)

The former - hoard and location, with optional notes on guardians, veracity, etc.

This guy's got a great generator (http://www.djeryv.com/), but it's not in table form. It's under Fantasy World utilities.
