So... where are the modules? I can only find references to three (from the Product List): The Nightmare Maze of Jigresh, 1981 Author: Michael E. Magean Description: Adventure, 14 page booklet. The Tomb Complex of Nereshánbo, 1984 Author: Mark Pettigrew Description: Introductory level adventure, 20 page booklet. A Jakállan Intrigue, 1984 Author: Mark Pettigrew Description: Introductory level adventure, 24 page booklet. Is that it? Has anyone actually run them?

Those are indeed the only published EPT modules. There were a handful of "solo" adventures published for Gardásiyal in the early 90s but that's it.
Of the three, I only have direct experience with the Nightmare Maze and the title hardly does the thing justice -- and not in a good way. It's basically a dungeon crawl in a maze, whose maps defies description. The guy who wrote it must have really hated mappers, because it'd be hell to try and map on graph paper.

Yes. Everything I have heard about "Nightmare Maze" has been negative, except that it can be found cheap on e-bay. I guess the cost is a bonus.
There is indeed a really horrible maze therein; not a fun maze at all but one designed to encourage players never to play a module ever again. :-(

It is sad that it sounds like such a dog, because the cover art is pretty darn groovy in a retro-goofy sort of way.
