The Book of Ebon Bindings (BoEB) is arguably one of the best Tekumel books ever made. It's about the "demons" (planar beings, aliens and the like) of Tekumel aligned with the Gods of Change. It includes both descriptions of the being, the rituals to summon and banish them and their powers and more. The BoEB is systemless, evocative, explicit and full of exotic flavor. It's written as if it was a translation of the book, which exists in the setting. Around these parts it'd be called extremely old school. Very useful even if you never game Tekumel or have any other Tekumel products. It's very NSFW & not a book I'd nonchalantly carry around in public. Sadly it's Stability counterpart, The Book of Crystal Bindings was never written! Recently there's been a renewed call on the main Tekumel Yahoo Group for fan-written entries for such a book. This could be a fun exercise and such demons make great fantastic monsters, adventures in themselves, patrons and the like. From what I've read they can both be very unique or whole cultures and species. While they can be summoned onto Tekumel itself, adventurers can also travel to other planes and times where they can be encountered. On Demons & Stability:On Tekumel demons are real, different, and usually want something, or someone. Keep in mind, that while Stability roughly equates to Law, it certainly does not equate to 'Good' in the Western sense. Order, Stability, keeping things the way they are or bringing them to where they should be. For more see: www.tekumel.com/world_gods.html (the first five Gods are the Stability Gods) Also The Kingdom of the Gods may be useful.

re: BoEB... what precisely do you mean by "NSFW"? I ask because my religion discourages/forbids consumption of sexually explicit material. Is that what you're talking about, or is it some other sort of stuff? I'm allowed to read about violence, for example.

The Book of Ebon Bindings is not S&M pornography as such, (though it does have a drawing of naked preistesses in it), but does mention in passing such activities as rape, drug taking, plenty of necrophilia, (and vivophilia where the active agent is undead while the recipient is alive), sado-masochism, cannibalism... well lots of naughty things really, it is after all a book on demons.
There are no graphic descriptions or illustrations of such though, and it is after all a work of fiction, so I don't know where you (or your deity) would stand on such matters.
If you have read Mitlanyal vol 2 with its accounts of the more kinky aspects of the goddesses Dlamelish, Hrihayal and the god Chiteng it is of about the same degree of explicitness.
