I ran into this the other day; it is a scenario for use with Sir-Tech's 1980's computer RPG Wizardry: The Proving Grounds of the Mad Overlord. It is based on the world of Tekumel. The link below:

I have played this and found it to be pretty decent. While it does necessitate the use of an Apple II emulator and is rather dated looking, if you are a fan of Wizardry, as I am, and are also a fan of Empire of the Petal Throne, as I am, then you should find this to be interesting at the least.
