Not EPT, but sort of. War of Wizards is a game of dueling wizards where two players sling spells and counterspells at each other. It's sort of EPT because the spells to pick from are the same as those in EPT and the author is MAR Barker.
The RPG application that I see is to set up some sort of situation where two wizard characters (or NPCs) would have to duke it out, then one could switch to the War of Wizards battle board and let that system take over.
The original TSR edition is long out of print, but I'm pretty sure you can still buy reprints from Tita's House of Games.
