Probably we should have done this a long time ago, but when we started the standards for PDF pricing were even less clear than now, and also there was an idea that we should incentivize print sales by making the print issues 'good deals' and the PDF issues 'bad deals'. I am no longer comfortable with the higher price threshold, though, so I lowered it. Combined with the current "TIME" 25% off sale, it might be a good time to stock up!
