Combat table and "1's"

I don't know if it's mentioned in the rules but I was thinking of adapting the critical rule for the combat table anytime a "1" is the target number. It would work like this any time you roll a natural "2" roll a second 1d6 if that result comes up a "1" then the attack was successful.
