Is it possible to place an image in your post? I wanted to upload a JPEG of a map for my PBM group and I just can't get it working

I'm sure there are different ways to do this, but if the picture is hosted somewhere online I think you can type something like this: {img}z.about.com/d/chicago/1/0/y/9/chicago_bears.jpg{/img}only using [ ] brackets instead of { } brackets. It should look something like this:

You will probably need an account with a place like photobucket to upload your picture to first.

Something to keep in mind. Directly loading images into a post makes all posts after that slower since it has to be loaded each time. This can be a problem for those that don't have fast connections.
I prefer to load anything over thumb size as a separate link myself. =
