Hi gang -
We are less than a month from release. So now is definitely the time to finish up any art or other stuff you still have hanging for the issue! If anyone wants to grab an open art request or two still that would be great also.
We have fantastic covers and a slew of great articles ready to go. And issue 13 is going to be fun too - there is already some great stuff coming in for that one as well!
Some recent issues in my life have slowed things down a little bit, but they are one-time problems and with them out of the way we will be able to keep fighting on as before. Look out for more good stuff shortly, and thank all of you for keeping the 'zine awesome!

You guys are doing a great job. Cheers, Jeff T.

I could contribute some art... depending on when you need it. Is there anything in particular you need?

Hi, Howeitzer! I have one more round of real life - stuff - to deal with and then next week I am in hardcore layout until the issue is out, no more excuses. Here are some images we could still use:
- A “Planet of the Apes” style city with an ape general and scientist - Adventurers falling through an ethereal floor trap with an idol visible in the background - A dark troll patrol hassling a party on the Trade Road....or maybe a strange underworld caravan. - A spell (perhaps with a mage casting it) that binds the target's wrists with manacles of brilliant blue-gold flame. - A witch doctor (or tableau including such) - Food being magically created - Halfling thieves conversing in the shadows (for a ‘thieves’ cant’ type article) - A group of three three-eyed, eight-legged panthers - An underground lava river with a whirlpool up ahead, adventurers on a boat fighting hard-armored stalactite-serpents attacking down from the ceiling
So, if any of those work for you (or anyone else) and you can get them done in the next week or so, then yes, please! Exalted just for the query, and thanks for stopping by!

And, two new ones!
- This 60' long, 30' wide hall is lit with mysterious flickering white light. It's bright, almost too bright to see the far end without hurting your eyes. Down at the far end is a mighty stone throne, upon which sits the corpse of a mighty-looking king resplendent in bronze plate and a wicked awesome helmet (Otus batwinged style), holding a sword. If it weren't for this weird sourceless light almost blinding you, the whole scene would look hella like the part in Conan the Barbarian where he finds that awesome sword. Roll d6 on each chart below, in order.
- An elaborately carved stone fountain depicting a scantily clad nymph pouring from a pitcher into the mouth of a recumbent troll. The water flows from the pitcher into the mouth of the troll. Water overflows from the small pool in the troll's mouth into a larger round pool. Due to the flowing water the air is fresher here than elsewhere in the dungeon. taken by howietzer!

Blog looks great! We are wrapping up #12, so unless you can fill one of the above art requests pretty quick that's set - but #13 will be coming right on its heels, so send stuff along for that!

Thanks for the kudos. I just don't think I can squeeze anything in before leaving town for a long weekend, but I'd be elated to help out with Issue #13. I'll watch for the thread detailing your art needs for that issue and get crackin'.
