That is the weirdest one yet. There was a copy of FO! sent out once that had the FO! cover and an issue of NOD inside - I've been bugging John to put something in the mag for a while, but that wasn't what I had in mind.
Hope you enjoy the new issues! There is a ton of great stuff in both of them IMO.

A while back, I bought a print copy of "Song of Drums And Shakos" (a Napoleonic skirmish game) and got the first half dozen pages of some 4th grade math book thrown in as well. So I imagine that this is a common problem at Lulu.

At least that book looks like it could be a good read!

It happens even with non-computerized publishers. I've still got a copy of Gods, Demigods and Heroes with a double cover: two of the cardstock covers must have stuck together during assembly.

it's not just print. I got a copy of Jethro Tull's "Aqualung" cd with all the correct screenprinting on the disc, etc...., but when I went to play it, it ended up being Nightwish "Tales from the Elvenpath". Luckily, I like Nightwish, but I still wonder how many bewildered stoners there were out there.

I once had a Fighting Fantasy gamebook -- I think it was Dead of Night -- that had all the numbered paragraphs printed in the wrong order, which made for an extra level of challenge!
