Just ordered this. Struggled over softcover or the 100 serial hardcover. Went with the cheaper. Will the efforts regards this journal slay me in some future value at resale way regards the collectable regards this decision? The jury is still out. It's fun to even show up at that court, eh? Art looks great. Looking forward to the read.

Just got my contributor copy (plus several extras I ordered...)
It looks great! The cover is gorgeous, the text and illustrations nice and sharp, and the binding solid---congratulations to the whole Roll the Bones editorial and publishing staff! Another first for the OSR!
Cal, there is really no way to thank you adequately for all the work you do!
Alright, enough exclamation points!

Thanks Kesher! I think it came out really well too. I hope people will check it out, it's a very cool volume. Heck, Melan liked most of the stories in it, and he is about as tough a critic of fantasy fiction as anyone I know...

Thanks, Vladicu! Hope you enjoy the book. I read this in only one way, sir. It says, knave, you will regret not owning the hardback (which I already do)...

Well, we have sold a few hardbacks already, but I imagine with 100 of them they will be available for a little while if you change your mind. Look at it this way, you can check out the softcover first, and then if you really think it's 'one for the ages', it will probably still be available for a few months at least in the HB format. In the meantime, I had better get issue 11 out to you folks ASAP...

I would really like some reviews of RtB on amazon.com and/or on fantasy fiction websites...I could offer free PDFs or even print copies to incentivize this, if you are a book reviewer who thinks you are likely to enjoy the anthology.
Any takers?

Am I planning on buying Roll the Bones if I have money left after this term is over. When I get done reading it, I'll go ahead and place a review on my blog, calithena.
(I don't need a free copy, but I've actually done a workshop on writing book reviews, so I can go ahead and give it a(n attempt at a) professional writeup.)

I got my copy today! I've flipped through it, and I'm really impressed. The binding is sturdy, all the art is fantastic, and the text is easy on the eyes. I'll probably start reading later this week, once I've finished The Odyssey. Thanks for putting out a great product!
