If so, it should be easy. Select "booklet" as the type of printing you want to do, and select the range of pages starting with 2 (or later, depending; I haven't printed that one and don't know if there's a blank page first).
You may have to manually duplex the pages, but with a good printer it'll tell you how to go about that.
Also, you can print the cover on the cardstock by selecting the same settings but only printing the one page.
