What do you mean by "aren't available any more"?
From the photos the maps appear to be the same as those in the original boxed set.

Tita's House of Games seems to be selling the book by itself, and a black-and-white version of one of the maps.

I own a copy of that 1975 EPT boxed set, and I have not seen those particular maps available anywhere outside of the boxed set. And that is an outstanding buy at that price. I paid $70 for mine over 10 years ago. Worth every penny.
