Found on Havard's Blackmoor blog is a post about the passing of Richard Snyder. Other than the obvious reasons to mourn the passing of a fine human being and fellow gamer, the world of Blackmoor has gotten just a little darker: 1. Richard was one of the original players in the Blackmoor campaign, and we'll miss his recolections and stories of the game. 2. Richard was a big contributor to the Blackmoor campaign, and not "just" a player. Some of his ideas (such as an excellent article on dragons) were included in the Judges Guild First Fantasy Campaign book. 3. Richard was a co-author of Adventures in Fantasy, which many of us speculate was perhaps more similar to Dave's original rules set than OD&D. Although he never posted here, Richard will be missed.

Although he never posted here, Richard will be missed. Definately I also posted his obituary on my blog, courtesy of Greg Svenson. Havard
