EDIT:I'll just post these as I encounter them and keep them all in one thread instead of starting a new post for every question.
I see the level tables for i.e. Wizard in GH, but no "xp needed" list. M&M doesn't tell you how to progress xp this high. Or am I missing something?

Attack Matrix for thieves? I don't see it in GH. I think it's p13: "Treat thieves as clerics for purposes of advance in steps - four levels/group (1-4, 5-8, 9-12 etc)"

ape - Thanks, found it!
Alex - Ya that table goes to Wizard (level 11, 300k). I'm looking for xp progression beyond 11.

XP progression at that point is the another 100,000 per level. It's this way for the Cleric, also, I believe, and for the fighter it's 120,000 per. For the Thief, in Greyhawk, it specifically says +125,000 per level.
This isn't specifically spelled out, but it seems obvious and that's the way it's carried on in later versions of the game. (Although at the time of publication, even of Greyhawk, nobody in either Gary or Dave's games had gotten anywhere near that high of level, so they probably didn't think it necessary to specify.)
