I had the strangest little fantasy just now, about traveling through an intense jungle, straight into the heart of the wilderness.
Seriously! Imagine a gargantuan beating heart in the middle of a jungle.
Is it natural? What dies if you destroy it? Is there anything inside? Does it do anything unexpected?
Perhaps cutting a hole and climbing inside will send you pumping to far-off locations. Perhaps the speed of the pumping can be used to predict natural occurrences. Perhaps some cursed titan is storming around looking for his stolen heart.
---
I challenge you all, the next time a totally absurd thought pops into your head, to transform it into something fun for D&D.

That's awesome! Have an exalt for sharing that with us.
And I accept the challenge -- but can't predict what will come of it.

That's what I do. Then it is up to the players to tell me I need to either a) increase my medication, or b) stop using quiiite so much medication.
Remind me to tell you about my gelatinous Roomba, and pants-of-holding.

It's the best St. Valentine's Day gift ever.

*nod* with the gold in your pack helm turned sideways lookin' like a red-shirt fallin' into traps with yer pants on the ground. Yes, it's a cursed item.

Ha, that's pretty good.
Anyways, I had this odd dream last night. It was about a little grizzly bear, half a foot tall, who I could not seem to catch. I chased and chased him, following a trail of tiny piles of bear feces, and every time I thought I caught him, I had simply grabbed my beagle instead.
Failing my own challenge, I have no idea how to use that for a game.

They sneak up on you, grab one of your rations and run off. They are extremely quick and you'll usually fail trying to catch them.

By the way, would you happen to know what a C64 Ultima III is worth without the disks? I've got a box with the booklets and the cloth map, but nothing else. coffee: Yeah, that's where you place all the random annoyances!

I don't believe so. I didn't play 4+ so much, so I couldn't tell you. With regards to the worth... I'd give you a bit of cash for it.. PM me please! I think you'd have to look online/ebay to get an idea.
