Can't find a ruleset based on d20s

I remember finding on the web a set of rules for playing tekumel some years ago: it was a homemade narrative ruleset (in pdf) using buckets of d20s.
It also had a (obviously) polysyllabic name I can't remember.
Anyone here can help me?
