It seems a good case could be made for Neutral Sorcerer knowing only Banishing rituals. What better way, after all, to avoid something than to be on an entirely different plane of existence?
I would force an alignment change, with penalties, on any Neutral Sorcerer who took it upon himself to start conjuring these guys up and sending them on errands.
But then, I've always been a "don't tell me, show me" kind of referee when it comes to alignment.
