How do you define "Good" and for which rules release? =

Good equals containing all the relevant fields for players and not looking like crap. A Tekumel design aesthetic would be a plus. And I'm working off the edition of original Empire of the Petal Throne for sale at RPGnow.

None for classic EPT that I'm aware of. I think you can get a Tsolyani font from the Blue Room. I used for the top line of a homemade character sheet. Looks good, but remember to write it backwards, as Tsolyani is read right to left!

EPT, I suppose, never attracted enough of an online gaming community in order to generate character record sheets. Tékumel has lots of devotees, certainly, but EPT doesn't seem to. Heck, I'd wager that most of the people who actually play or have an interest in playing with the original rules (rather than some later version or a homebrew) are assembled here.
If I had any graphic design skills at all, I'd design one myself. I'd love for it to have a very baroque look to it.

Tekumel.com seems to be a bust. I just joined the mailing group but no luck in their files section. I've sent a message to the general membership in hopes of a response. Philip Tromeur apparently did a sheet, but he says it is in French.

Yes, Philippe Tromeur has done some really neat stuff for EPT in recent years, but it's all in French, which makes its utility rather limited to us Anglophone types. It's a real pity, as he's one of the few guys I recall creating support material for the original game.

Not sure how good it is, but you could try this one.

I think I read somewhere that the original EPT character sheet was a blank 3x5 card. Now that's truly Old School.
