My copy of S&S from lulu (along with Fight On! #4) just arrived today and it looks very darned impressive! I've only gotten through the first thirty pages or so, but I am already eagerly awaiting the setting supplements (both the pulp and the Irish one). Having read through the races and classes I am already envisioning a halfling assassin's guild.
This is going on my "Start a Campaign" list of old school games right after Carcosa and Holmes. I look forward to more.

It's a beauty to be sure! I actually like that the box-set fits the Monstrous Mayhem pocket edition, and Carcossa - while leaving room for more (likely a couple more copies of Volume 1)!

Yeah--I have the three S&S volumes, Monstrous Mayhem pocket ed., the three LLB's, Carcosa, and the Savage Swords of Athanor all in my box.

Hey, Jason, this is the first I've heard about "setting supplements" for S&S---I didn't see them in the lulu store at all.
What's the scoop?

There are no setting supplements. I'm working on a full fantasy game that will use the S&S engine, but sadly it's at a snail's pace since I have next to no time these days . The supplements the gentlemen above are talking about are Geoffrey's Carcosa OD&D supplement and...I'm not familiar with the Savage Swords of Athanar thing...
