Hi everyone -
The winning names and works are now known at Fight On! headquarters. We will post the winners here today and announce them on some other boards as well. Thanks to all our artists for participating and to Erol and all our readers to make this wonderful contest possible.
I think we will be posting small thumbs of the winning works but holding back full-sized pieces until they can show up in the magazine. We would ask winners not to post full-sized versions of their pics on the net for six months if possible. Other than that you do still own them and are free to sell them for print products, etc. From the original contest announcement:
"Better yet, all artists submitting retain ownership of their own work. Fight On! asks only for the right to publish winners in a future issue of the magazine and for artists not to post their submitted work on-line in any form (including for sale in other PDF products) for six months after the conclusion of the contest. They may re-submit or re-sell to print venues immediately and to on-line venues six months after the contest's conclusion, and in general ownership and all rights except the delay in on-line posting/publication and Fight On!'s right to publish your image in a future issue of the magazine remain with the artist."
